发明名称 METHOD FOR IMPROVING BURNING EFFICIENCY OF BOILER
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve burning efficiency by providing heat exchange parts for yielding high temperature and high temperature water in two stages, i.e. upper and lower, in a vertical type boiler, sending part of outer air whose temperature has been increased by the upper heat exchange part to a combustion chamber in the lower heat exchange part, and utilizing it as secondary air. CONSTITUTION:Burning gas from a combustion tube 6 in a burner fist enters a first combstion chamber 7 of a low burning gas tube 2. Then the gas is sent to a second combustion chamber 8, and contacted with drum linking water pipes 9. The burning heat is absorbed by boiler water 5. Then the burning gas passes a communicating tube 4 and is sent to an upper burning gas tube 3. The gas is collected in a low temperature exhaust gas collecting chamber 15 from a high temperature exhaust gas collecting chamber 13 through smoke pipes 18 in an air heat contacting chamber 14. The gas is exhausted through a smoke guide and a gas exhausting tube 19. At this time, air is supplied to the air heat contacting chamber 14 from the outside of the boiler through an air supply tube 16, contacted with a plurality of sprinkling water pipes 12 and smoke pipes 18 alternately, and transformed into the high temperature draft having humidity, which is in turn sent to a supply tube 17. Part of the high temperature draft is sent to said first combustion chamber 7, and utilized as the secondary air for the burner.
