PURPOSE:To eliminate cumulative errors and to accurately perform a winding in a filament manufacturing machine, by providing a pulse motor with a controlling means for supplying pulses, fixed in accordance with the number of pitches of a coil part, with prescribed repeating frequencies. CONSTITUTION:A controlling circuit 36 outputs a pulse having a previously fixed frequency, to a pulse motor 35. At the same time, the circuit 36 outputs a control signal to connect a motor 32 and a pitch bar 31 through a magnetic clutch. Thus, the bar 31 starts to slide, and a cylinder 29 begins to retreat. At the same time, as a rod 26 and a mandrel 17 fixed to the rod 26 retreat together, a tungsten wire 11 is wound by the mandrel 17 in accordance with the pulse fed to the pulse motor 35. When the prescribed numbers of pulses are given to the motor 35, the motor 35 stops and the rod 26 retreats, and the mandrel 17 separates from a nozzle 14. A cutter attached to a rotary shaft 15 cuts off the tungsten wire between the mandrel 17 and the nozzle 14. |
