PURPOSE:To improve the workability of assembly for a mobile mechanism which is used to the mechanism part of a tape recorder, by forming previously the component parts of the sliding mechanism in a body with a substrate with an outsert forming process and then positioning and fixing these component parts. CONSTITUTION:An adhering part 11, a sliding part 12 and a coupling part 13 which connects the part 11 to a mobile part form a main body, and this main body is unified to a substrate 8 by means of the plastic like epoxy resin, etc. and by an outsert forming process. A cut part 14 is provided at the part 13 to separate later the part 11 from the part 12. At the same time, a through hole 15 is provided at the part 11 to pierce the screw later to fix a control plate 16. The plate 16 is fixed to the substrate 8 by a screw 4 and by using the part 11 as an attachment stage. Then the part 12 is pushed out manually or by means of a cylinder, etc. As a result, the part 14 is cut to set the part 12 mobile. |
