PURPOSE:To effectively utilize energy, by monitoring a load state, controlling the number of transformers in accordance with a load pattern set in advance, and executing the transformer number control in accordance with a load quantity, in case when the load state has got out of a regular load pattern. CONSTITUTION:A CPU6 monitors the time of an on-band and an off-band of each transformer bank by a load pattern set in advance, derives the number of transformers, outputs a turning-on or breaking command to a breaker 2, and controls the number of transformers. The load pattern set by the setting device 7 is seen by a CRT display 8. Also, the CPU6 monitors the load state by a transaction electric energy measuring instrument 3, etc., and in case when the load state has got out of a regular load pattern, the load quantity in that case is derived by executing electric power conversion in accordance with the electric energy inputted from the transaction electric energy measuring instrument 3, and the transformer number control matching its load quantity is executed. |
