<p>PURPOSE:To read the content of data with an interval between mark bars and that between a mark bar and a data bar, by providing two mark bars independently of the page data, for this side viewed from the carrying direction of a bank book or the like. CONSTITUTION:A page mark 2 is printed on a apace of each page of a bank book 1. The page mark 2 consists of 5-bit data marks (1)-(5) representing the page number, a mark bar 2a and two reference marks 2b, 2c located at this side viewed from the carrying direction of the arrow A. In carrying the bank book toward the arrow A, the mark bars 2b, 2c and the data bar 2a are read in order to store an interval (a) between the reference mark bars 2b and 2c and an interval (b) between the reference mark bar 2b and the data mark bar 2a. Further, the page data can be analyzed from the intervals (a) and (b). Thus, pages marks with print shear can also be read accurately.</p> |
