摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To efficiently prepare a machining program by classifying a machining work into multiple machining units so that tools used for individual units are stored in memory in a using order and are read out by the direction of machining units. CONSTITUTION:A point machining arithmetic logical unit 26, line machining arithmetic logical unit 27, and face machining arithmetic logical unit 29 are connected to a combined tool memory 30 and they are provided for a main control unit 13 controlling a machine tool 2 together with a material memory 15, machining mode memory 16, and machining unit memory 17, etc. When a machining program is to be prepared, machining modes are displayed on a display 12 and an operator's selection is input at a key board 11. Machining units corresponding to the selected machining mode are displayed for selection of a required machining unit. The main control unit 13 reads out the tool series TCL corresponding to the input machining unit from the combined tool memory 30 to be selectively output in the machining arithmetic logical unit, thus the machining program is operated.</p>
