PURPOSE:To improve accuracy, by providing the 1st-4th transistors (TRs) forming a basic circuit, constituting a feedback circuit with the 5th and 6th TRs, and setting the collector current of the 3rd TR to a constant value. CONSTITUTION:A basic circuit is formed with the 1st-4th TRs Q11-Q14, and the 5th and 6th TRs Q15, Q16 form a feedback circuit 11. The collector current of the 3rd TRQ13 is set to a bias current I1 or an input current at a feedback circuit 11, allowing to decrease the error in an output current being the result of analog operation relating to the input current and the bias current I1. |
