PURPOSE:To correctly evaluate the characteristics and ability of a processor, and by monitoring a microprogram address accurately and easily collecting the number of times of use of instructions, the rate of use and the average instruction executing time of the processor. CONSTITUTION:A microprogram address of a processor 10 being an objective of operating state data collection is given to a collection control memory 22 via a micro address register 20 and a selector 21. An output of the memory 22 is given to the number of times of instruction memory 26 via an address register 23, and a selector 25. The output of the memory 26 is given to an addition circuit 28 and an output data buffer 29. The output of the circuit 28 is given to the said memory 26 via a selector 30. The output of the buffer 29 is given to a controller 16 controlling a data collector 14 as a readout data. |
