PURPOSE:To obtain a reliable seal with a desired form by a method wherein the lower end part of a container that is to form a seal end part is heated, melted, folded and doubled, and this lower end part is molded by a split force served, too, as a sealing force into a thick seal end part. CONSTITUTION:The barrel part 1 of a synthetic resin tube container is held is reverse, the lower end part is crashed flatly and pinched by a temporary clamp device 3 on the right and left sides, and the lower end part 2 is projected from the temporary clamp device 4 by a desired length. A heating device 4 is dropped to said lower end part 2 to heat and melt the resin tube, a bender 5 is dropped and the lower end part 2 with a desired length is folded and doubled. The molten lower end part 2 is sealed by a split force 6 served as a sealing force too, and additionally the lower end part 2 is brought into a desired shape to form a seal end 2'. Thus, a seal end with high strength can be obtained. |
