PURPOSE:To contrive simplification of the circuit constitution of the titled circuit by a method wherein both terminals of a capacitor are connected to the prescribied potential application point, a reference potential point and a step-down voltage outputting point, which was connected to load, through the intermediary of the first and the second switching devices that will be synchronizedly operated. CONSTITUTION:One end of the capacitor 3 is connected to the switch 2, to be used for switching to a prescribed potential application point 7 and a step-down voltage output point 5 using a movable contact point (a), and at the same time, other end of the capacitor 3 is connected to the switch 4 to be used for switching to a reference potential point 8 and a step-down voltage output point 5. Besides, load 9 is connected in between the step-down voltage output point 5 and the reference potential point 8, the switches 2 and 4 are operated in such a manner that they perform a switching operation alternately in synchronized state. Accordingly, the voltage at the terminal 5 can reach -1/2VSS in an extremely short time by performing a switching control over the switches 2 and 4 with the frequency signal of 256-1,024Hz or thereabout, thereby enabling to simplify the constitution of he titled circuit using only one capacitor. |
