PURPOSE:To prevent the breaking of wire due to corrosion by bonding a magnet wire to be wound around a cylindrical bobbin material by use of imide or amide varnish to which a prescribed amount of benzotriazole is added. CONSTITUTION:The external circumferential part of a bobbin material 8 where winding is to be provided is coated with imide or amide varnish to which 0.05- 10wt% benzotriazole having a corrosion inhibiting effect is added. The bobbin material 8 is provided with winding formed by coating a magnet wire 12 of a conductor 10 of copper or aluminum having an insulating film 11 with imide or amide varnish 13 to which 0.05-10wt% benzotriazole is added. Consequently, the temperature resistance, gaseous sulfur resistance, and corrosion resistance of the voice coil are improved, so this voice coil has long life even when used for a speaker at a hot-spring resort and at a high-humidity place. |
