PURPOSE:To prevent the oxidation of gasoline according to conventional methods in other processes while obviating the abrasion of the commutator, and to lengthen life by adding the fixing and coating processes of an excellent conductive and gasoline-resistant property material to the first and last of the processes. CONSTITUTION:The gasoline-resistant property and excellent conductive sheet 8 is fastened to a long plate in copper with width required for the axial length of the commutator 1 through pressure welding, etc. The circumference of the commutator 1 is planked in shape having length required and pawls 3a, 3b and risers 5a under a state that the sheet 8 is fixed. The copper plate 2 is formed in a cylinder, the risers 5a are outward bent, and the cylinder is filled with resin 6 to bury the pawls 3a, 3b. A slit 7 is shaped extending over the axial direction of the cylinder, and a copper section lastly exposed is coated with the gasoline- resistant property substance such as silver plating, etc. Accordingly, there is no danger that gasoline is oxidized, and the abrasion of the commutator can be almost eliminated. |
