<p>PURPOSE:To set the angle of inclination of either of the leading or trailing edge of an inclined trapezoidal wave to 90 degrees, by connecting an inclined trapezoidal wave generating circuit to a capacitor for deciding on the angle of inclination of the leading and trailing edges of the inclined trapezoidal wave. CONSTITUTION:When a rectangular wave to an input terminal 1 goes up to a high level, a plus constant current flows from a terminal 2a to charge a capacitor C1 gradually until it is saturated. When said rectangular wave goes down to a low level, a minus constant current is supplied from the terminal 2a to the capacitor C1 and the current flows through a resistance R1 to turn on a transistor TR1; and then the capacitor C1 is discharged instantaneously through the TR1 to output an inclined trapezoidal wave having a trailing edge with an about 90 deg. angle of inclination from an output terminal 3. When a waveform shaping circuit which charges the capacitor C1 instantaneously is used, an inclined trapezoidal wave having a leading edge with an about 90 deg. angle of inclination is outputted from the output terminal 3.</p> |
