PURPOSE:To form a thin uniform insulating layer to the inner circumferential section of a coil by fixing the coil and a reinforcing ring so that the inner circumferential section of the coil and that of the reinforcing ring are positioned concentrically and shaping a resin layer while using the inner circumferential section of the reinforcing ring as a reference. CONSTITUTION:Spacers 9 manufactured by radially cutting a pipe laminated by epoxy resin, etc. are inserted among sections 1a, which are the outer circumferential section of an annulr core 1 and to which the coil 2 is not wound, and the inner circumferential section 5a of the reinforcing ring 5, and the coil and the reinforcing ring are bonded and fixed so that the inner circumferential section 2a of the coil and the inner circumferential section 5a of the reinforcing ring are positioned concentrically. The heat-resistant insulating resin layer 10 is casted with resin such as epoxy group resin, and fastens the annular core 1, the coil 2, the spacers 9 and the reinforcing ring 5 while also functioning as insulation between the coil 2 and the reinforcing ring 5. Accordingly, the thin uniform insulating layer can be formed to the inner circumferential section of the coil, and a molding process can also be simplified. |
