PURPOSE:To call an operator of the called side when a facsimile device of the called side is set in an automatic answer mode, by providing a device to an ordinary facsimile device to discriminate the dial tones and produce the operator call request signals. CONSTITUTION:An ordinary facsimile device 3 is connected to a pushphone telephone 1, and a switchboard 5 storing another telephone 1' is connected to the device 3 via a subscriber circuit 5a. Then this newly invented facsimile device 7 connected with a tone decoder 9 is connected to the switchboard 5 via a subscriber circuit 5b, and a pushphone telephone 1'' is connected to the device 7. The device 7 is actuated by the call signal supplied from the device 3, and the operation of a specific push button of the telephone 1'' is discriminated by the decoder 9. Then the call request signal is produced to call an operator. Thus the operator is called even when the device 7 is set in an automatic answer mode. |
