PURPOSE:To increase conversion efficiency and to improve frequency characteristics by drawing a film which has mixed inorganic powder of thermoplastic resin, and thermally forming a film which has fine cavities along the powder. CONSTITUTION:Inorganic powder 1b is mixed with thermoplastic resin 1a made of polyolefin and its copolymer and a film 1 is obtained by drawing. Then, a film 2 having cavities along the powder 1b is formed thermally to manufacture a speaker edge 3. Consequently, the lightweight edge having large oscillation absorbability and superior center holding operation of a diaphragm is obtained to improve conversion efficiency and frequency characteristics while reducing distortion. |
