PURPOSE:To turn on a standing lamp through simple operation in case of a natural disaster, and to listen to a broadcast for warning, by simultaneously connecting a built-in battery, an illuminating circuit, and a dedicated radio receiver circuit through a switch which turns on and off a power source circuit. CONSTITUTION:In a portable case, a built-in battery 9, an illuminating circuit C, and a dedicated ratio receiver circuit D are provided. Through a switch circuit 21 which turns on and off a power source circuit, the built-in battery 9, the illuminating circuit C, and the dedicated radio receiver circuit D are connected at the same time outside of the case. This switch circuit 21 is composed of, for example, a plug switch for turning on and off the circuit by inserting and extracting an insertion plug 20 which can be inserted and extracted from outside of the case. The illuminating circuit C is provided with, for example, a dedicated switch 22 for turning on and off a pilot lamp 23. |
