PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of function of a power plant, by providing plural computers for monitor control and setting the priority to the computers in response to the priority of processes and at the same time cutting off the functions of low priorities in case when a fault arises. CONSTITUTION:The higher efficiency is secured by controlling plural generators with plural computers than using a large-scale thermoelectric power plant. The different functions are allotted to computers 1, 2 and 3 respectively. The computer 1 processes the process data of a plant 8 and produces a control data on the basis of a plant operation control schedule calculated by other computers. The computer 2 controls a display of the data on the plant, and the computer 3 performs the man-machine communication respectively. The function of the computer 1 has the highest priority. When the operation of the computer 1 is stopped, other computers substitute the function of the computer 1. In this case, the processes of low priorities are cut off. |
