PURPOSE:To produce a sufficient vibration-suppressing effect, by providing a sticky material layer between a prescribed adhesive layer and a restraining layer made of half-set thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:A sticky material layer 3 is provided by kneading and extruding asphalt, rubber, a filler and a plasticizer by a kneader etc., between a restraining layer 1 made of half-set thermosetting resin such as phenol resin and an adhesive layer 2 which is made of half-set thermosetting resin such as polyester resin and which prevents sticking at room temperature but bonds a metallic body and the sticky material layer to each other under heat treatment. A vibration-suppressing sheet is thus manufactured. After the sheet is arranged on the floor 4 of a vehicle, the heat treatment is effected so that the restraining layer 1 is thermally set as a rigid material and the adhesive layer 2 secures the sticky material layer 3 to the floor 4. |
