PURPOSE:To increase the control accuracy of a constant current controller, by applying the compensating value to a control loop so as to eliminate a steady deviation of control. CONSTITUTION:The output DELTAI* of an operator 10, i.e., the compensaing value is set as DELTAI*=(1/K)Vd (Vd: output voltage of transformer 9). An adder 11 performs an operation to obtain Id*+DELTAI*-Id=Id*+(1/K)Vd-Id. This means that the current command value Id* is set at Id*+(1/K)Vd and compensated by (1/K)Vd in terms of control. The working point moves from an intersection P to P' owing to the presence of the output DELTAI*. In response to this shift, the current Id is turned into Id*. That is, the value Id* of a setter 5 corresponds to the intersection P' with no steady deviation. This can increase the accuracy of a constant current controller. |
