PURPOSE:To select and output one of calculation expressions for calculating the share amounts of money corresponding to the sold amounts of money of clerks, and to allow plural clerks to operate one kind of ECR, by previously storing said expressions. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 5 of an ECR is provided with mode information and clerk code information storage areas (m) and (c), and an ROM 6 for storing a control program is provided with areas A and B for calculation expressions for the clerk's share amounts of money. In addition to an area for unit prices and sold quantities of respective departments 1, 2..., an RAM 7 is provided with a memory area CL, for the total amounts classified by clerks, a storage area S for selection states of the expressions for the clerk's share amounts of money, and a storage area (r) for clerk's share rates. Input data from a switch 14 and a clerk key 17 for specifying each clerk are supplied to the CPU 5 to select one of the expressions through the CPU 5 according to an input from a clerk share rate key provided to a function information input means 3, and thus the clerk's share amount of memory is calculated to output the result. |
