PURPOSE:To ensure the flexibility for branch control, by using a BRA instruction to perform the branching at once when the instruction conditions are satisfied regardless of the executing substep No., by securing 1:1 correspondence between the display step No. and the actual stage No. CONSTITUTION:For a stage stepping type sequence controller which is shown in figure, the input data given from a user system key is fetched at an input port 5. Then the output signal is fed to an output relay 8 via an output port 7, and the display data is fed to a display 10 as well as to a display 11 which can be connected to the outside. The step of the No. corresponding to the executing process consisting of 4 steps is written to a user program RAM3. Each step except the step No. that is executed when the operation of the system starts contains only one basic instruction substep which performs output processing. Thus coincidence is obtained between the actual stage No. and the step No. Such the constitution of instruction can be easily realized by giving distinction between a BRA instruction and a JMP instruction. |
