PURPOSE:To hold the liquid level of a solidifying vessel in a set range, by detecting a reduced weight due to vaporization of a waste liquid in the solidifying vessel and calculating a quantity of the waste liquid corresponding to this reduced weight in accordance with the density of the waste liquid and supplying the calculated quantity of the waste liquid into the solidifying vessel in increment of constant quantities. CONSTITUTION:A weight by which a waste liquid in a solidifying a vessel 3 is reduced because of vaporization is detected by the change of the measured weight of the waste liquid and the solidifying vessel 3, and a quantity of a waste liquid 8 to be supplied is calculated in an operator 12 on the basis of the relation between this detected value and the density of the waste liquid 8, and an operation controller 13 instructs a pump 2 and a valve to supply the waste liquid to a head pot 9, and the calculated quantity of the waste liquid is supplied into the solidifying vessel 3 in increment of constant quantities. When the weight of the waste liquid in the solidifying vessel 3 is reduced by a quantity corresponding to the capacity of the head pot 9 because of vaporization, the entrance valve of the head pot 9 is closed and the exit valve is opened to supply the waste liquid in the head pot 9 into the solidifying vessel 3. After this supply, the exit valve is closed and the entrance valve is opened to supply the waste liquid 8 to the head pot 9. |
