PURPOSE:To permit reusing of statined electrode members immediately without exchanging by providing a rotating member having many self-discharge type electrodes in a paper discharge section of a conveyor and disposing a rotating member for cleaning or correcting the electrodes along the same. CONSTITUTION:When a cylindrical body 1 provided with many needle electrodes 3 as destaticizers of self-discharge type for destaticizing of static electricity generate during conveying of paper is used for a prescribed time under the paper P and when the electrodes 3 are contaminated or bent, the body 1 is rotated, and at the same time a cleaning cylindrical body 4 disposed along the longitudinal direction of the body 1 is rotated to brush the electrodes 3. The electrodes 3 are cleaned or corrected by the brushing and the repetitive reuse of the electrodes is made possible. |
