PURPOSE:To hold down the power consumption and the power loss to very small values, by constituting an electronic flowmeter so that the voltage of a battery and a voltage divided by two capacitors are supplied to respective parts of an electronic circuit in the first period and the voltage of the battery and voltages in both ends of two capacitors connected in parallel are supplied thereto in the second period. CONSTITUTION:In the first period (the second period) of an oscillator 13, when switches S1 and S4 are closed (opened) and switches S2 and S3 are opened (closed), the just half voltage V1 of the battery voltage is generated in the first period, and the just half voltage V2 of the battery voltage is generated also in the second period. Thus, two DC voltages V1 and V2 different in level are generated by a power supply circuit 12 whose constitution is relatively simple. As the result, the DC voltage V2 of the power supply circuit 12 is applied to a converting circuit 5, an integrating circuit 6, and a display driving circuit 7, which can be driven with a low-level DC voltage, to hold down the power consumption of these circuits to a small value. |
