The arrangement contains a rotary input shaft (1), a crank (2) fixed to the extremity of the input shaft, and a connecting rod (5) mounted in rotation about its axis (6) on the crank. An output shaft (9) is linked by a pivot (10) to the connecting rod. The axis of this pivot is perpendicular to the output shaft while the axes of rotation (6) of the connecting rod (5) on the crank (2), the pivot axis (10) of the connecting rod on the output shaft (9) and the axes (7,11) of the input and output shaft intersect at a common point. A contact (14) in the supply to the input drive shaft motor is fixed to the mechanism. A corresponding actuating finger (13) is positioned to switch the contact when the axis of the input shaft, the axis of rotation of the connecting rod, and the axis of the connecting rod on the output shaft are in the same plane.
