PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of rust by enabling exhaustion of the condensate in a high-temperature state while the operation of the plant is stopped, and eliminating the moisture state within the pipe by heat retained by the apparatus and pipeline to make a complete dry state. CONSTITUTION:In a heat power plant or the like, after a turbine 3 is rotated by steam generated in a steam generator, the steam is then cooled and condensed in a condenser 4 to generate the condensation, which is then heated with steam from the turbine 3 in a water supply heater 6 and a high-pressure water supply heater 8, and then circulated to the steam generator 1. In this case bypass 17 and 21 which make a detour around water supply heaters 6 and 8, respectively, are branched and connected to the downstream sides of outlet valves 16 and 20, and bypass valves 18 and 22 are provided at the intermediate parts. A drain pipeline 12 connected between heaters 6 and 8 is connected to a condenser 4, and also connected to a condensate recovering tank 23. |
