The feed rollers of a woodworking machine are driven by means of a drive with two shafts (11, 12) mounted in a casing (10), each with a worm wheel (15, 16). The worm wheels are, in their turn, driven by means of a drive shaft which is mounted between and perpendicular to the shafts (11, 12) and has a worm (18) which engages with the worm wheels (15, 16). Both ends of the drive shaft project beyond the casing (10) so that they can adjoin the shafts (17) of identical drives, which are arranged along the feed table of the machine in sufficient numbers for the workpieces to be transported. <IMAGE> |
