<p>PURPOSE:To realize a reduction of a console and to improve the flexibility for the remodeling due to a change of the operation control procedure of a plant, by giving a progress command for the operation control with an audio input of an operator. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic device 10 processes various types of signals of a power plant 1 for example given from a process input/output device 9 and the signals given from a sound recognizer 18 and performs a change and comparison of the contents of a storage device 11. Then the device 10 gives a display command to a CRT12 when necessary and at the same time gives a control command to the plant 1 via the device 9. The audio control command given through a mike 15 is broadcasted within the plant compound via a paging device and at the same time displayed at a CRT via the device 10. A console 19 contains just two buttons for execution and cancellation and executes an interlock function with a command aurally to the device 10. Then a command is executed when an execution button 19A is pushed.</p> |
