The holes for accommodating components in accordance with the JEDEC standard, or the necessary line guides, are etched selectively in a continuous process on substrate strips which are metal-coated on both sides. A three-dimensional complete circuit is made possible by stacking such etched planes, in which complete circuit the connections for the components are either connected to one another on the surfaces provided for this purpose, or the connection to the other planes is ensured by directionally alternating strips of parallel-running lines (leads, cables). In this case, in contrast to the rigidly stamped switching planes, the crossed-strip connectors are kept flexible around a specific radius. Each individual switching plane can also be cut in a staggered form (as a screen) over an integrally formed annular contact plane with contouring located underneath, such that in each case 60 possible supply contacts and extraction contacts are allocated directly to each switching plane. The planes are absolutely congruent, except for the directionally alternating striplines. |
