PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body having excellent electrophotographic characteristic and durability, even in case of using an org. photoconductive compd. by incorporating a fluorine contg. polymer having a hydroxy group and a cured film of a specific butyletherfied melamine-formaldehyde resin to a protective layer. CONSTITUTION:The titled body is formed by laminating a conductive layer, a photoconductive layer, and the protective layer in this order. The protective layer contains the fluorine contg. polymer which has the hydroxy group, and has <=1,500 number average mol.wt. and the cured film composed of the butyletherfied melamine-formaldehyde resin which has 2-4 binded formaldehyde groups per one of melamine nucleus and also has 1-2 methylol groups. The photoconductive layer contains an org. photoconductive compd., and comprises the film of the org. photoconductive compd., the film composed of the org. photoconductive compd. and a binding agent, and the composite type film composed of the electrostatic charge generating layer and the electrostatic charge transfer layer, etc. The org. pigment which generates the electric charge, and the electric charge transfer substance are preferably jointly uses as the org. photoconductive compd. |
