It should be possible to monitor the correct operation of a device which is solidly driven by a split-pole motor in as simple as possible but effective a manner. A solution of this task provides that a magnetisable signal device (5) is arranged at the stack of laminations (1) of the split-pole motor in the vicinity of the strongest stray field (ion web 4).
