摘要 In an information transmission arrangement with two transmission paths having opposite transmission directions, where an instruction or signalling pulse telegram containing information in connection with acknowledgement signals can be transmitted in at least one transmission direction and an acknowledgement telegram can be transmitted in the other direction, in order to minimise waiting times in which no information can be transmitted and to reduce blocking of the telegram transmitter, the telegram transmitter (3) has transmission memories (5, 6, 7) in which the information to be transmitted is stored at least until the arrival of the acknowledgement telegram selectively allocated to each instruction or signalling pulse telegram. The transmission memories (5, 6, 7) are connected to a telegram acknowledgement coder (15) in order to allocate an acknowledgement signal to the instruction or signalling pulse telegram to be transmitted. To release the transmission memories (5, 6, 7) on arrival of the selective acknowledgement telegram, a release circuit (9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14) is provided for every transmission memory (5, 6, 7), which release circuit is connected to a telegram acknowledgement decoder (18) at the receiving end which initiates the transmission of an acknowledgement telegram when an instruction or signalling pulse telegram is received. If the acknowledgement telegram is not received, the instruction or signalling pulse telegram is retransmitted. <IMAGE>
