Process and apparatus for producing and filling containers from thermoformable and sealable or weldable film webs of plastics material

The invention relates to the producing and filling of containers with liquid free-flowing or solid products. For this purpose, the film webs are heated to plastication temperature between their upper and lower outer zones and fed to a moulding and sealing station. In the latter, the film webs are brought into contact and sealed to each other, with the exception of the regions in which the containers and filling channels in connection with them are thermoformed. During the sealing operation, moulding tubes enter into the filling channels to be formed and introduce a pressure medium or create pressure equalisation when a negative pressure is applied to the station.
