In a cine camera having an intermittent film advance mechanism driven by a variable speed motor, a pair of polarising filter discs 22 and 23 are situated in front of an interchangeable lens 18, one of the discs 23 being rotatable by a servo motor (25, Fig. 5) to adjust the amount of light passing through the lens in dependance on the speed of the film (no change in f-number being required). The motor speed control and connections to the servomotor may be mounted on the camera or in a separate box. The discs are supported by rods 19 connected to the camera body. <IMAGE> |
