PURPOSE:To improve the spare factor of a core and to provide a composite core easily, by a method wherein plurality of coiled layers of film-like amorphous magnetic foil are formed according to the flowing direction of silicon steel sheet magnetic flux. CONSTITUTION:Thin and narrow tape-like amorphous mangetic foil 2 is wound on a silicon steel plate 1 in the longitudinal direction, forming plurality of layers by the butt-method or the 1/2 lap winding method. With this method, a composite core with space factor improved is easily manufactured. |
