PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device for displaying a constant heating effect to a weld zone and executing stable partial annealing, by making an inductor ascend and descend in accordance with the outside diameter of an electric welded tube, and also making it oppose to the weld zone under guidance of a circular arc- like guide in accordance with twist of the weld zone. CONSTITUTION:An inductor 11 opposed to a weld zone 10 to be heated, of an electric welded tube 9 or an electric welded tube 9A whose outside diameter is smaller than said tube 9 ascends and descends by a lifting jack placed on a truck 14, and a distance between an electric conductor 12 of the inductor 11 and said weld zone 10 is adjusted so as to be contant. Also, as for a weld zone 10B of a position which has been twisted by a degree (Q) from the weld zone 10, the weld 10B can be heated by moving the truck 14 having a wheel 15 move-rolling on a circular-like guide 13 whose center coincides with the center of the electric welded tube 9, by operating a power cylinder 17, and making the electric conductor 12 oppose correctly in a state that a prescribed distance to the weld 10B is held. |
