<p>1. A method of carrying out chemical-biological analyses according to which use is made of unit doses of reagents, and in conformity with which the absorption is effected of a unit dose of biological reagents, liquid or in solution, on a solid support constituted by a porous substance, particulary paper, by adding a known volume of an aqueous solution of these reagents in a known concentration, drying it and desorbing it from its support at the time of its use through the action of an appropriate aqueous solvent, it being possible for the evaporation of the water contained in the absorbed solution to be effected in the open ar, in dehydrated air, or in a lyophilizer, a process characterised in that the addition is made to the reagents, prior to their absorption, of an agent able to accelerate desorption, constituted by a protein and particularly bovine serum-albumin.</p> |
