The disclosure relates to a dental treatment chair assembly wherein the assembly is detachably provided inside the backrest thereof with first cartrdige boxes, each of the boxes contains therein each instrument and its related flexible connection pipe and a means for paying out and reeling the pipe freely from the top of the shoulder part of the backrest, so that a dentist can easily arrange the kind, number and position of instrument suited to his desire and liking and also feels convenience in having the instruments repaired when they are out of order.
