APPARATUS FOR INSPECTING SOLDERED PART OF MOUNTING PART

PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of inspection work and to reduce manufacturing cost or to miniaturize the title apparatus, by irradiating the soldering part of a substrate and a part with planar beam to form a beam cutting line and sensing the image of said line to observe the same. CONSTITUTION:Planar beam L is allowed to irradiate the soldering part of a substrate 9 and the part 5 mounted thereon from a beam emitter 4 to form a beam cutting line 6 wherein the planar beam crosses the range from the surface of the part to the surface of the substrate and the image of the beam cutting line 6 is picked up by a camera to form a beam image. The image signal of the beam image is taken in an operational control unit 7 comprising a microcomputer to be outputted to a monitor television 8 to be displayed thereon. Therefore, by observing the monitor television 8 to check whether the beam image of the beam cutting line continues, the quality of the soldering part 10 can be judged.
