PURPOSE:To manufacture a high frequency filter with high accuracy, by trimming a resonance thick film conductor with a prescribed trimming width in a right angle to a transmission line with a laser. CONSTITUTION:A ground layer 2, a resonance layer 3 and a thick film wiring 4 are patterned on an alumina board with printing. Then, a gap 5 of the resonator 3 is laser-trimmed in a right angle to a transmission line for processing and adjustment of the frequency characteristics. Thus, a microstrip construction filter at a high frequency region which had not been realized conventionally with the thick film printing can be realized. The adjustment of the degree of coupling can be done easily without changing the center frequency. |
