PURPOSE:To make a titled circuit easy to use, by providing a function selecting one of a plurality of analog inputs and converting the input for analog/digital conversion, and a function selecting the inputs in order and performing analog/ digital conversion. CONSTITUTION:When a switching signal ANM0 is 0, analog input selection signals ANM1 and ANM2 are inputted to a multiplexer 1 and the analog input is selected. For example, the signal ANM1 is 1 and the signal ANM2 is 0, an input AN1 is selected and inputted to an A/D conversion circuit 2 through a signal line (c). Then, when the signal ANM0 is 1, signals (a), (b) from a counter 10 are inputted to the multiplexer 1 and the analog inputs AN0-AN3 are sequentially selected. Thus, in A/D-converting the inputs AN0-AN3 in order, the A/D conversion can be done without the change in the analog input selection at each conversion, allowing to attain easy usage. |
