<p>PURPOSE:To suppress wearing of hinges and pin, caused from opening and closing operation of a door, to a minimum limit, by forming a cylindrical bearing member through burring work and providing said bearing member to the peripheral edge of a hinge pin-through hole for a male member in a hinge device. CONSTITUTION:A male member 20 in a hinge device is formed to an almost hat shape, consisting of mounting root parts 20a and arm parts 20b in its both ends, and a cylindrical bearing part 21, equipped with a pin through hole, is integrally molded by burring work to one of the arm parts 20b.A hollowed part 23 is formed by press work to an almost central part of the mounting root part 20a. At assembly of the hinge device, arm parts 4b of a conventional female member 4 and the arm parts 20b of the male member 20 are mutually fitted, and then a hinge pin 12 is inserted into pin through holes 8, 22 to perform assembly. And then a seal member is arranged in the hollowed parts 23 of the male member 20, finally each member 4, 20 is mounted respectively to a car body side and a hinge door side by bolts 10, 11 to obtain a condition of use.</p> |
