The compns. for reclaiming waste rubber consisted of the mixts. of milled rubber particles of 1-0.8mm degree of diameter without fabrics or metal impurities, reducing agent(0.2-1 wt.% phenyl hydragin, 0.2-0.8 wt.% diphenyl and 0.1-0.4 wt.% ferrous chloride) and<=17.5 wt.% wood distillation oil or<=15 wt.% dipentene as plasticizer. The compns. were agitated in the presence of oxygen gas in a mixer at 80-100≦̸C for 3-15 mins to have reducing agent react with double bonds of rubber.
