PURPOSE:To prolong durbility by covering the surface of a pipe for raft with polyurethane elastomer. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a pipe of polyvinyl chloride 1 to be used for rafts is coated with a fiber reinforced plastic 2, and in the case of an iron pipe a rust preventive coating is applied, previously. Thereover is coated with a uniformly mixed liquid 3 of the original liquid of polyurethane elastomer, i.e. a hardening component made of polyamin and polyole, and an isocianate composite. The pipe 1 thus processed shall be left for approx. seven days, and thereafter a raft 4 of approx. 10m square is made using a coupling pipe 5, a drum 6, etc. Thus the durbility can be prolonged. |
