PURPOSE:To improve the recording and reproducing characteristics, by providing at least one layer of coil between two layers of magnetic substance forming a magnetic core, and forming at least one layer of coil further on an upper magnetic substance member. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic cores 2A, 2B of a gap (ge) are provided on a nonmagnetic substance base 2C, coil conductors 25-29 are inserted between the cores and the conductors 25-29 are connected 24 with upper conductors 20-23 to form a coil. The coil is covered with an insultion layer 2D, upper conductors 20'-23' and lower conductors 25', 29' are provided on the layer 2D and connected 24' to form the 2nd coil, which is coated with a protection film 2E. Thus, the magnetization is saturated with a low recording current, the recording characteristics are excellent and the reproduced output is high, for the head. |
