<p>PURPOSE:To attain low-voltage drive, by providing a bias conversion circuit. CONSTITUTION:A base of the 1st and 2nd transistors (TRs)2, 4 of a comparator 6 is provided with bias conversion circuits 60, 62. A bias voltage given by the charged voltage of capacitor 18 is converted into a value higher by a forward drop voltage at a TR64 and given to the base of the TR2. Further, a potential of a point A is converted similarly at a TR66 and given to the base of the TR4. A constant current is applied to the emitter of the TRs 64, 66 with constant current circuits 68 and 70. Thus, the bias voltage can be a low value, an output voltage of a low voltage circuit 52 can be set to a low value, allowing to attain low voltage drive.</p> |
