<p>The wrap-around carton includes an interlock arrangement for outer (14) and inner (16) closure panels, the outer having a terminal flap portion (19) formed along its free edge. This portion is defined in part by an interrupted fold line and a cut line, the lines defining a pair of primary locking tabs (22). The inner closure panel (16) has formed in it a cut line defining a secondary locking tab (27) carried by a secondary flap (28). In use, the primary locking tabs (22) extend through an opening formed when the secondary locking tab and flap are struck from the inner panel (16), for locking behind this panel. The secondary tab extends through both openings in the closure panels, before locking.</p> |
