PURPOSE:To regulate clearances among doctor plates and a doctor roller with excellent responding property by changing the noses of the doctor plates divided into plural number in response to the vertical movement of a cylinder member. CONSTITUTION:The worm gears 18 of electromagnetic clutches 19 and adjusting shafts 12 are unified, a motor 25 at one end of a worm 22 is turned only by a step after a fixed delay time, and only the adjusting shaft 12 with which the predetermined clutch 19 among the gears 18 engaged with the worm 22 is coupled is rotated against the force of a ball stopper 30 contacted with the outer circumference of the shaft 12. A working piece 14 engaged with the nose of the adjusting shaft 12 is forward moved or backward moved, the cylinder member 9 fast stuck to the tapered section 15 of the upper surface of the working piece 14 is vertical shifted while being turned, the positions of the noses of the doctor plates 3, which are rotatably mounted at the reverse side to a pilot pressure plate 6 and divided into plural number, are changed, the clearances with the doctor roller 1 are increased or decreased, and the thickness of an ink layer adhering on the outer circumference of the roller 1 is adjusted. |
