PURPOSE:To heighten the accuracy of gear cutting and centering, by composing a bevel gear body of a bevel gear and a rear support shaft integrally extending from the back of the gear and by tightly fitting a front support shaft in a hole provided in the front of the body. CONSTITUTION:A rear support shaft 2 is integrally extended from the back of a bevel gear 1 provided with bevel teeth 3 on the front, so that a bevel gear body G is formed. A hole 4 is extended from the front of the body G having the bevel teeth 3, so that the hole is concentric to the rear support shaft 2. A front support shaft 5 is tightly fitted in the hole 4. As a result, the cutting of the bevel teeth 3 is accurately effected. The bevel gear 1 and the suppot shafts 2, 5 are made concentric to one another so that the gear is stably supported with high accuracy. |
